All who are in the tombs will hear His voice
Jesus said a day is coming when everyone who has died will hear His voice and come out: some to the resurrection of life, some to the resurrection of judgment. He also said how to pass from death to life now.

Jesus said the Father has given Him authority to judge, and that the hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear His voice and come out.

Passing from death to life
In the same chapter Jesus said that whoever hears His word and believes the One who sent Him has eternal life, will not come into judgment, and has passed out of death into life. That is a promise for today.
